Dear Referring Physician,
Greater Brunswick PT has been serving the community since 1988. In that time, we've helped thousands of patients reach their goals. Over 85% of our patients report improvement with their treatment with an average level of improvement of 84%. Patients affirm their positive experiences time and again, by recommending us to family and friends. In fact, 100% of our surveyed patients say they would return to GBPT should they be in need of future physical therapy.
Compassionate, hands-on care is the hallmark of our practice but we have also evolved with the integration of strong therapeutic exercise programs. Our therapists spend 45 minutes providing hands-on care to each patient. There are many different approaches to physical therapy and our staff has an eclectic background with all of them having advanced training and specializations. In addition to providing traditional physical therapy we also provide orthopedic manual therapy, customized exercise programs, aquatic therapy, craniosacral techniques, neural mobilizations, integrative manual therapy, kinesiotaping and McConnell taping. A strong emphasis is placed on advancing the healing process by teaching patient’s self-care skills in addition to customized home exercise programs. (Please visit our services page to review the range of therapies we provide).
We hope you will refer those patients whom you feel would benefit from our care. Frequently, patients who have not had success with other approaches make great strides at Greater Brunswick Physical Therapy. We work with many physicians at local hospitals and in private practice and strongly emphasize communication and teamwork. We are always ready to discuss a patient's treatment with referring physicians.
The skilled and diverse staff at Greater Brunswick PT can make a valuable contribution to the healing and rehabilitation of your patients. We look forward to working with you as we all share the common goal of improving our patients' health and well being.
Thank you for entrusting us to provide your patients' physical therapy needs.
